These terms of use govern access to and use of mineassets.com. By creating an account or browsing the platform you agree to comply with them. Purchases are processed by our payment partner Tebex (merchant of record) and are additionally governed by our Terms of Sale.
1. Account
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the platform.
2. Opening a store
Any user may apply to become a creator and open a store. Applications are reviewed by our curation team, which may approve or decline them at its discretion. Creators warrant that they hold all rights to the assets they publish and that those assets do not infringe any third-party rights.
3. Content
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, including descriptions, media and deliverable files. Content must be lawful, original or duly licensed, and must match its description. We may remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and do not share your account or impersonate others. One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise.
Creators keep their rights
Creators retain all intellectual-property rights in the assets they publish. By listing an asset, a creator grants Mineassets a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, promote, and sell it, and to deliver it to buyers. Creators may update or withdraw a product at any time; buyers who already purchased it keep the licence to the version they bought.
What a purchase lets you do
Buying an asset grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use it on the servers and projects you operate, subject to any additional licence the creator states on the product page. You may NOT resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or share the files or any license keys, claim authorship, or use the asset to build a competing marketplace.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to: pirate, leak, redistribute or resell assets or license keys; circumvent or reverse-engineer protection or license validation; upload malicious, illegal or infringing content; scrape the platform; abuse payments or chargebacks; harass other users; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Creator warranties & indemnity
Creators warrant that they own or have all necessary rights to everything they sell, that their listings are accurate and free of malware or infringing material, and that sales comply with applicable law. Creators agree to indemnify Mineassets and QORE GAMES against any third-party claim arising from their content or its sale.
Anti-piracy & license keys
Some assets ship with a per-purchase license key validated on our servers. Sharing, leaking or circumventing a license key is a serious breach: we may invalidate the key, disable the asset, and suspend the accounts involved. We support creators in protecting their work against piracy.
4. Intellectual property & ownership
You may only list content that you created yourself or that you are fully and demonstrably licensed to sell and distribute. By submitting a product you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the sole owner of the content, or you hold every right, licence and permission required to sell it on the platform; (b) the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right or any other intellectual-property or proprietary right of any third party; (c) the content contains no assets that were ripped, leaked, decompiled, reuploaded or otherwise taken from other creators, marketplaces, mods, plugins or games without authorization; and (d) any third-party or open-source components you include are used in accordance with their licences. You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Mineassets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, promote and distribute your content to buyers for the sole purpose of operating and marketing the marketplace. Buyers receive only the licence you define for your product and may never resell, redistribute or claim it as their own. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing or claiming ownership of another creator's work is strictly prohibited. Any content found to infringe these rules will be removed immediately and may lead to suspension or termination of your account and store and forfeiture of any related funds. You agree to indemnify and hold Mineassets harmless against any claim, loss or damage arising from content you upload.
5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property of others and respond to clear notices of alleged infringement. If you believe content on Mineassets infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to dmca@mineassets.com following the procedure set out on our DMCA page. Valid notices lead to prompt review and, where appropriate, removal of the reported content. Accounts that repeatedly infringe the rights of others will be terminated.
6. Acceptable behavior
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to circumvent payments, scraping data, uploading malware, harassing other users, or redistributing purchased assets. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, engages in fraud, triggers chargebacks, or infringes third-party rights. We may remove content, revoke licences obtained through reversed payments, and withhold related funds pending investigation. You may close your account at any time.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service and assets are provided "as is". Assets are created by independent creators, not by Mineassets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the amount you paid for that item in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Sanctions
In case of breach, we may issue a warning, remove content, suspend or terminate the account or store concerned, and withhold any sums linked to fraudulent activity, without prejudice to any legal action.
8. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. The version in force is the one published on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
