This privacy policy explains how QORE GAMES processes your personal data when you use mineassets.com, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide when creating an account (email, username, display name, language), your store and listing details if you are a creator, your order and invoice history, and technical data such as your IP address and essential cookies needed to run the service.
2. Purposes
We process your data to operate your account, process orders and deliver downloads, issue invoices, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with our legal obligations, and, with your consent, measure and improve the experience.
3. Legal basis
Our processing relies on the performance of the contract (managing your account and orders), our legitimate interest (securing and improving the platform), compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax records), and your consent (non-essential cookies and optional communications).
4. Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required to meet our legal obligations afterwards. Invoices and transaction records are retained for the duration imposed by accounting and tax law.
5. Sharing
We share data with the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service, in particular our payment partner Tebex as merchant of record and our hosting and email providers. These providers act under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Service providers we share data with
To run Mineassets we rely on trusted processors that handle data on our behalf, each only for its function and under its own privacy terms: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), Tebex (payment processing, as Merchant of Record), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (privacy-friendly product analytics), Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security) and Discord (optional account linking and community). We never sell your personal data.
How long we keep your data
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by our legal, accounting and tax obligations (invoices are generally retained up to 10 years). Analytics are stored in aggregated form. You may request deletion of your account at any time; we then erase or anonymise everything we are not legally required to keep.
International data transfers
Some processors operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Children
Mineassets is not intended for children under 15 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
How we protect your data
We apply industry-standard measures: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, row-level security on our database, private storage for deliverables served only through short-lived signed links, and least-privilege access. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of any breach as required by law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or the law. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Mineassets after changes take effect means you accept them.
