Content policy

Everything listed, uploaded or imported on Mineassets, operated by QORE GAMES, must comply with this policy. It applies to creators, buyers and anyone who submits content. Breaching it can lead to content removal, listing takedowns, account suspension and the withholding of related funds.

You may not list, upload, import or distribute: • Assets, images, descriptions or files you do not own or are not licensed to sell — including content copied from other creators or marketplaces. • Malware, backdoors, crypto-miners, obfuscated or otherwise malicious code, or anything that collects data without disclosure. • Content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or sexual content involving minors. • Misleading listings: wrong or empty deliverables, fake previews, or screenshots you have no right to use. • Resale of third-party paid content, or anything that violates another platform's or rights holder's terms.
2. Creator responsibilities & warranties
By publishing on Mineassets you warrant that you are the author of, or hold all rights and licences to, every asset, image, description and file you submit; that your deliverables match your listing and are free of malicious code; and that your content infringes no third-party right. You remain solely responsible for your content. You grant Mineassets a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it solely to operate the service, and you agree to indemnify QORE GAMES against any claim arising from content you submit.
3. Deliverables & buyer safety
Deliverables must be the asset described, packaged as stated, and free of malware or undisclosed data collection. We may scan, sandbox, hold or remove any file and disable any listing at our discretion. Assets are produced by independent creators; buyers download and run them at their own risk and should review any asset before deploying it to a production server.
4. Imports from other marketplaces
The preview and import tools work by visiting publicly available marketplace pages, exactly as an ordinary visitor's browser would, and reading only the public listing information shown there — title, price, public description and images. They never sign in, never access private accounts, dashboards or any sensitive or non-public data, and never bypass a site's login or protections. Their sole purpose is to help a creator bring their own existing catalogue onto Mineassets more quickly. You may import a listing only if you are its author or hold the necessary rights. Imported items arrive as private drafts for you to review, correct and verify before publishing, and you certify your authorship at the time of import — an import is never an endorsement by Mineassets. Importing content you do not own breaches this policy and may infringe the rights of the source marketplace or a third party.
5. Enforcement
Where we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been breached, or in response to a valid rights-holder complaint, we may remove or disable content, cancel listings, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke licences, and withhold related funds pending investigation. 6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Assets are created and sold by independent creators, not by Mineassets. The platform acts only as a host and intermediary and does not author, endorse, verify or guarantee any listing, file or description. All content and assets are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QORE GAMES is not liable for user-submitted content or for any loss arising from downloading or using an asset, and our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an item is limited to the amount you paid for that item. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
