Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale govern every purchase made on mineassets.com, operated by QORE GAMES. By placing an order you accept them in full. They apply to digital licenses for Minecraft assets sold by independent creators through the platform.
1. Products and licenses
The products sold are digital goods: builds, models, plugins, configurations and bundles. Each purchase grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the asset on your own servers and projects. The license never transfers ownership or intellectual property rights, which remain with the creator. Redistribution, resale, sharing or public re-upload of any asset, in whole or in part, is strictly forbidden.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are the prices in force at the time the order is placed. Creators set their own prices and may run discounts. Applicable taxes, where due, are calculated, collected and remitted by our payment partner based on your country of residence.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, acting as the merchant of record for every purchase on Mineassets. Tebex collects the price and any applicable taxes (including VAT/GST where due), issues the invoice, and remits taxes to the relevant authorities. Your order is confirmed once Tebex validates the payment, and Mineassets never sees or stores your full card details. Refund and chargeback requests are handled in accordance with Tebex's buyer terms and applicable law; fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension and revocation of the delivered licences. Creator payouts and paid promotions may likewise flow through your Tebex wallet where you choose that method.
4. Delivery
Delivery is digital and immediate. Once payment is confirmed, the asset is added to your account and becomes available for download from your purchases page, along with an invoice. It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer law applicable to digital content, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately upon payment and acknowledge that you therefore waive your right of withdrawal once download has started. No refund is due for a digital license that has been delivered, except where the asset is defective or materially not as described.
6. Creator fees
Mineassets charges creators a platform fee on each sale to operate and maintain the marketplace. This fee is deducted from the creator's earnings and never added to the buyer's price.
7. Support and liability
Creators are responsible for supporting the assets they sell through their listed channels. Mineassets curates listings but is not the author of the assets and cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments on Mineassets are processed by Tebex Limited, which acts as reseller and Merchant of Record for your purchase. When you buy, you also accept Tebex's terms of service. Tebex handles billing, tax collection, and fraud screening; your card statement may show Tebex.
Prices, currency & taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes or VAT are calculated and collected by Tebex based on your location and added at checkout where required. The creator sets the base price; discounts, when shown, apply for the stated period.
Delivery
All products are digital and delivered instantly. As soon as payment is confirmed, the asset appears in your library and files download through secure, short-lived signed links. Delivery is deemed complete when the item is available in your account.
Right of withdrawal & refunds
Because products are digital content supplied immediately, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU). Purchases are therefore non-refundable, except where an item is faulty, materially not as described, or was never delivered. Contact support within 14 days and we will investigate; any refund we grant is issued via Tebex.
Cancelled payments, chargebacks & fraud
If a payment is reversed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the related licence and downloads are immediately revoked, any license keys are invalidated, and the account may be suspended. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support is a breach of these terms; we reserve the right to refuse future service, dispute illegitimate chargebacks, and recover the resulting costs and fees.
Creator earnings, fees & payouts
Creators receive the sale price minus the platform fee shown in their studio and any payment-processing fees. Earnings clear only after a settlement period that covers refunds and chargebacks; a reversed or refunded sale is deducted from the creator's balance. Payouts are requested from the studio and paid via the chosen method once the minimum threshold is met.
Your licence
Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the asset on projects and servers you operate, as detailed in the Terms of Use and any creator-specific licence on the product page. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.
Availability & liability
Creators may update or withdraw products; existing buyers keep access to the version they purchased. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mineassets is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any item is limited to the price you paid for it.
