It depends on the asset. Each product page lists the versions and dependencies (Paper, Spigot, ModelEngine, and so on) it was tested with. Check the "Works with" badges and the dependencies table before buying.

How do I download my purchase?

Right after payment, your asset appears in your account under Purchases with a download button. You can re-download it anytime, as long as you own it.

How do I check that a licence key is genuine?

Anyone can verify a key on our public Verify page. It shows whether the key is valid, which product it unlocks and the masked email it was delivered to — handy for manual support.

Are payments and my files secure?

Payments are handled by Tebex, our payment provider, so we never see or store your card details. Deliverable files are kept in private storage and served only to buyers through short-lived, signed download links.

How do I become a creator?

Apply from the Sell page. Store applications are reviewed by our team. Once approved, you can open a store and publish products. New products go through a quick review — usually within a few hours — before going live, while updates to a published product go live immediately.

What fees do creators pay?

Creators pay a platform fee on each sale, deducted from their earnings. It is never added to the buyer's price. The exact rate is shown in your studio.

How and when do creators get paid?

Accepted Answer

Earnings from each sale clear after a short settlement period, then become withdrawable. You can withdraw to PayPal or a bank account (SEPA / IBAN) — pick your method when you request a payout. Before your first withdrawal you'll complete a quick tax profile (required for compliance) and enable two-factor authentication in your settings. Request a payout from your studio once you reach the minimum, and we process it to your chosen method.

Can I migrate my products from another marketplace?

Yes. Creators can import their catalogue from mcmodels in a few clicks with the Migrate tool. It pre-fills a ready-to-finish draft for each product — title, price, full description, every image, dependencies and category. You just add your deliverable file and publish.
