DMCA & copyright policy

Last updated: Jul 1, 2026

Mineassets, operated by QORE GAMES, respects the intellectual property of others and expects its creators and users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how the process works.

Send copyright notices to

dmca@mineassets.com

1. Filing a notice of infringement

If you are the rights holder (or authorized to act on their behalf) and believe content on Mineassets infringes your copyright, send us a written notice by email. To be actionable, your notice must include: • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. • The exact URL(s) of the product, media or file on Mineassets you are reporting, so we can locate it. • Your full name, address and email so we can contact you. • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law. • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf. • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

Once we receive a valid notice, we review it promptly. Where appropriate we remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the creator who uploaded it, forwarding them a copy of your notice. We may act on incomplete notices at our discretion, but complete notices are processed fastest. We reserve the right to request additional information before acting.

3. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the removed content and its previous location, include your contact details and signature, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of error. If we receive a valid counter-notice we may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.

4. Repeat infringers & abuse

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the intellectual property of others will be suspended or terminated, and related funds may be withheld. Submitting knowingly false notices or counter-notices is prohibited and may expose you to liability for damages. Nothing in this policy limits any other remedy available to affected rights holders under applicable law.
